i sleep with lily as much as possible. she has been going to sleep holding her crystal. early yesterday morning, i rolled over onto the crystal. a subtle self came awake wondering if i was crushing our 9 pound mexican dog. quite suddenly, i was looking at a science class cross section diagram of my body laying on a rough geometric representation of lily’s crystal. the crystal was the light of the sun and was pressing on a vertebrae between between the shoulder blades. this whole scene was clearly labeled ‘3′.

Hello keepitkille,

When your in a dream and you have a moment of clarity, you could just look at your hands to symbolically take control of your situation. If your having trouble moving then look at your feet. The Energy Shield I wrote about also works in dreams, you should have made it while awake if you have trouble making in the dream time.
